Binding

19th-century red morocco binding over mill/pasteboards. Covers decorated with gilt fillets to form a border with flower tools at the corners, gilt roll to form a rectangular panel with tools at the corners; gilt roll on board edges and turn-ins. Spine with five raised bands, decorated with gilt fillets, tools, and titling ("Gregson's fragments"). Textblock trimmed and gilted. Endpapers of marbled (pastedowns and facing flyleaves) and undecorated paper; two flyleaves at both ends of the textblock.
