19th-century calfskin over mill/pasteboards. Covers decorated with gilt fillets and tools to form a border. Spine with six raised bands, decorated with gilt tools and titling over black label ("Lyndsay's heraldry"). Textblock trimmed and gilted. Endpapers of marbled (pastedowns and facing flyleaves) and undecorated paper; two flyleaves at both ends of the textblock.
