(Copy 1) ?17th-century vellum binding. Covers undecorated. Spine flat. Textblock trimmed. Endpapers of undecorated paper; one flyleaf at both ends of the textblock.

(Copy 2) 19th-century speckled calfskin over mill/pasteboards bound by Hodgson of Liverpool. Covers decorated with blind fillets to form a border and a panel with gilt tools at the corners; floral gilt roll on board edges. Spine with five raised bands, decorated with gilt fillets, tools and titling over red label ("Mercurii armorial Segoing"). Textblock trimmed and dyed red. Endpapers of marbled (pastedowns and facing flyleaves) and undecorated paper; two flyleaves at both ends of the textblock.
