16th-century calfskin over pasteboards. Covers decorated with blind fillets to form a border and two panels presenting coats of arms, the Tudor rose and the fleur de lys; there is a Gothic inscription on the border and surrounding the coat of arms. Spine rebacked with three raised bands, decorated with blind fillets and gilt titling ("Augustine Opuscula"; "Paris 1520"). Textblock trimmed; inscription reads "Opuscul' August'". Endpapers of undecorated paper; two flyleaves at both ends of the textblock.
