?18th-century vellum and marbled paper over pasteboards. Covers undecorated. Spine flat with gilt titling over red label ("Accedence of armorie."). Textblock trimmed and sprinkled red. Endpapers of undecorated paper; two flyleaves at both ends of the textblock.

16th/17th-century ms. notes throughout, at least two hands. One of these hands writes "Gerard Leigh" and "1591" on the title page, as well as writing letters on the engraving of a coat of arms.
