18th-century mottled calfskin over pasteboards. Covers decorated with double blind fillets to form a border. Spine flat, decorated with gilt roll and titling ("Armorail [sic] de Languedoc"; "1767"). Textblock trimmed and dyed red. Endpapers of marbled (pastedowns and facing flyleaves) and undecorated laid paper; two flyleaves at both ends of the textblock.
Coats of arms are hand-painted.
