?17th-century laced-case vellum over pasteboards. Covers undecorated. Spine with ?seven sewing supports, decorated with gilt titling over black label (Histoire de la maison de Sovoye -- Guichenon). Textblock trimmed and dyed blue. Endpapers of undecorated laid paper; one flyleaf at each end of the textblock.
