?18th/19th-century polished calfskin over mill/pasteboards. Covers decorated with blind triple fillets to form a border (line in the middle being thicker than the outer ones) with blind tools at the inner corners; blind roll on board edges and turn-ins. Spine with five raised bands, decorated with blind tools, fillets and gilt titling over red morocco label ("Handlung dess conciliums zu Costentz."; "Francof 1575."). Textblock trimmed and dyed red. Endpapers of marbled (pastedowns and facing flyleaves) and undecorated paper; three flyleaves at both ends of the textblock.
