The signification of most things that are born in heraldry, with the explanation of their natural qualities, and of those persons that they ought properly to be born by. Binding
Sammelband. 18th-century green and yellow ?mottled calfskin over mill/pasteboards. Covers decorated with two sets of gilt fillets to form concentric borders; two blind fillets form two additional (concentric) panels with tools at the outer corners; gilt dotted roll on board edges; gilt roll on turn-ins. Spine with five raised bands, decorated with gilt fillets, tools, and titling over green labels ("Peerage of Ireland" ; "Crossly"; "1725"). Textblock trimmed, rounded and gilted. Endpapers of marbled (pastedowns and facing flyleaves) and undecorated laid paper; two flyleaves at both ends of the textblock.
