Date 15 April 1631 at the end of the fourth book; bookplate of Davenport on the front pastedown. 19th? century manuscripts notes on two pieces of paper added at the beginning of the book about Humphrey Davenport, William's brother.
Ex dono label of Joseph Frederick Burrell, dated 1983, on front pastedown.
17th century calf; gold and blind fillets to form a frame on covers; gold centrepiece with letters W.D.; six raised bands decorated with gold fillets and tools on spine; one additional modern flyleaf at the beginning and end of volume; rebacked.
Imperfect: wanting leaf 3C4 blank and the last page (blank).
