Binding

19th-century red morocco over paste/millboards. Covers decorated with blind and gilted tools; gilted centrepiece potrays the four continents personified; gilt transversal fillets on board edges. Spine with gilt titling. Textblock trimmed, rounded, and gilted. Endleaves of white ?silk (pastedowns and facing flyleaves) and undecorated paper; two flyleaves at both ends of the textblock.
