Nicholas his letter, His Majesties secretary, to Sir Will. Boswell his Majesties resident with the States of the united Provinces, whereby the notorious falsities of that letter may appeare to the world, and how as well forraigne states as the good people of this kingdome are misled and abused by the false informations of the wicked and malignant counsellours that are about his Majestie.
