19th-century light brown polished ?calfskin over paste/millboards. Covers decorated with gilt fillets and roll to form a border, blind fillets also to form an inner border with blind tools at the corners. Spine with five raised bands, decorated with gilt fillets, tools and titling over red label. Textblock trimmed and gilted. Endpapers of marbled (pastedowns and facing flyleaves) and undecorated paper; three flyleaves at the upper end of the textblock, two at the lower end.
