A variant of no. 1 includes the King's speech on p.7
Imprints vary; with no. 2, T[homas]. B[ates]. drops from the imprint as he apparently begins to publish a paper of his own with a similar title. No. 2-3 read: Printed for John Wright.
Includes reports of rebellion in Ireland near Dublin, a plea from the French ambassador to spare 7 priests condemned to death, and that Justice Long was sent to the Tower.
