20th-century red pigskin over ?millboards. Covers decorated with gilted royal coat of arms as centrepiece on upper cover and rose on lower cover; gilt fillet on turn-ins. Spine with five raised bands, decorated with gilt fillets and titling ("The Royal philatelic collection" ; "Sir John Wilson bart."). Textblock trimmed and rounded. Endpapers of decorated and plain paper; three flyleaves at both ends of the textblock. In a book sleeve.
