Accompanying material: the letter was inserted in the official envelope of the Peking Branch of Military Commission of the Nationalist Government. It is a white envelope with blue border, blue and black characters and a red stamp on one side dated 24th Year June People's Republic of China. The same red stamp is found on the letter.
