In this edition, as in ESTCS682, Genesis I, 3 has: 'Then God sayd.' (another edition has 'The sayd God').

While this edition is similar to ESTCS682 (STC (2nd ed.) 2202), it is to be distinguished from it in several ways, including: 1. N.T. title page dated 1608 (in the other edition, dated 1610); 2. A4 recto catchword "ment" is under "father" (in the other edition, under "his father"); 3. A6 recto catchword "childe" is under "children " (in the other edition under "children in"); 4. signature "*ii" (in other edition "*2"). Some variation in ornaments, including: 3I2 recto ornament following "The ende of Apocrypha" contains dolphins (other edition has fruits, flowers and cherub); *iii1 headpiece symmetrical (in other edition added top section makes asymmetrical); *ii initial "T" within own rule border or box (other edition lacks box, and differently ornamented).
