19th century full calf binding; blind-stamped dark brown laced frame on boards; blind-tooled dark brown armorial stamp of King George III, with the motto "Honi soit qui mal y pense", initials "G R III", and the text "Board Room" on boards; dark brown laced bands decoration on spine; gilt titling reading "Property Acts & G. 46 GEO. 3." within a black leather label with gilt bands on spine; blank endpapers.
