Front. Dionysus, wearing cloak and boots, stands resting his thyrsos on a pillar left and holds out a krater in his left hand for a maenad, who stands on right with her back to the viewer, to fill from a horn. She is half-draped. A panther sits on ground between them, looking up at Dionysus. On right on pillar is a statue of seated Hermes, holding a bag and a caduceus. A vine grows behind it and spreads across the scene. On left, slightly to left of the pillar, is a statue of seated Hercules, holding his club and an apple (?)
