Description
A procession of figures moves right. On far left, cut by edge, is half of a draped maenad, holding up the leg of an animal. Then Pan carries an amphora on his shoulder, following a maenad who swings vigorously to right. A satyr turns his head and stretches his pedum to right but moves left and holds out his hand to the maenad. In centre is a group of a young centaur and an older centauress, who embraces him. A winged putto with a lyre stands on her back and holds the ends of fillets which are tied around her head. On far right a centaur, holding a pedum and blowing a horn, faces right, a putto standing on his back and also blowing a horn.
