Sarcophagus: Achilles among the daughters of Lycomedes

Description
Achilles, surrounded by the daughters of Lycomedes, throws off female clothes and holds weapons. On left and right stand soldiers with horses, while two half-draped males sit watching, Odysseus standing behind the one on the left.
Interpreted by Montelatici as representing peace between the two peoples after the rape of the Sabines, when Romulus and Titus Tatius were to rule together.
