Description
On left a putto holds a goat by the horns, while another carries a great tray of fruit on his head, by a pine cone on a pedesta. Then a putto, wearing a cloak, moves right carrying a basket and a lighted torch over his shoulder; a dog crouches at his feet. A group of three putti are next, one playing the double flutes, one the cymbals and the third a lyre. The next putto holds a vase. A putto supports his drunken friend, who holds a down-turned torch. A dog lies on the ground between their feet and scratches its ear with a hind-paw. A putto kneels on one knee facing the viewer, but turns his head to look right where a putto pours the contents of a jug into a large flask on a tripod.
