Description
The eagle stands, with its wings spread, on a capital which has a broad band of basket work pattern around the echinus. On this stand eagles, one at each corner, supporting the abacus. Between the eagles at the centre of each side is a rosette edged with floral pattern. A garland runs round the capital beneath the eagles and over the rosettes.
