Description
Content (description)
At the top two Medusa heads flank a pediment in which two sea-nymphs hold a wreath in the centre. Two dolphins lie on top of the pediment flanking a cockleshell. A fluted pillar at each side supports the pediment and between them stands a low wide double door. A tall slender tree grows at each side of the door. At top centre over the door is a panel framed in leaf and dart moulding, bearing the inscription: D M S/ Q CURIATI/ ZOSIMI
