Description
Content (description)
The side borders end at the bottom in what seems to be clawed feet. In the central panel two floral scrolls issue from a cluster of acanthus leaves at bottom centre. Between the scrolls rises a calyx, on which is set a cista, upside down, and a sistrum. Two crested snakes flank the cista, resting on the outer scrolls and twisting their heads to centre.
