Description
On right of centre stands Apollo with a drape round his shoulders, holding a lyre and looking left, his hair flying in the breeze. There is a griffin at his feet right. Next to him on right stands Athena, with her aegis, helmet and spear; she has one foot raised and a globe lies on the ground in front of her. Four muses stand on right, five on the left, all draped and with their attributes. Five leafy trees are spaced across the background.
