Slight variations between 6 & 7: on left Greek attacking Amazon- in 6, nude and with helmet, in 7, draped in lion-skin, which also covers his head; in 7 a wounded Amazon lies on ground beneath the horse's hooves; also in 7. Penthesilea wears elaborate garments and holds a strange shield and there is no fallen horse by the fallen Amazon far right. No. 6 seems the more accurate.
