Between the three concave faces are narrow flat surfaces decorated with floral 'candelabra', with birds here and there. Thyrsi are set up the edges. The first concave face (82) is decorated with the figure of a draped male standing on a base and stretching out his hand to the flame on a round altar left. A laurel tree grows on each side of him. On the second face (83) two laurel trees flank a tripod on which perches a bird. On the third face (84) an eagle perches with spread wings on a garland of corn from which fillets fly below. A 'candelabrum' of corn stands on each side.

On 82 there is a plan of the pedestal showing the three faces as A, B, C and an 'altezza' scale. The other two faces, 83, and 84 are just labelled B and C
