Sarcophagus lid: birth of Apollo and Artemis

Description
Left end of the lid only, the right half being illustrated in no. 12.
On left nude bearded male sits to right on rock mound by tree, but turns head to left.
To right is a second tree and then a bearded nude male holding on his shoulder a small draped female (Delos?) towards a half-nude female (Leto) who turns towards him on right, a billow of drapery over her head. On right stands Athena and looks down at the young Artemis on far right, wearing a short tunic.
