Description
Content (description)
Bearded old man, fully draped, stands on left gesturing as youth, seated on right and loosely draped with shoulders left bare, holds roll and makes gesture of exposition. Details of seat not clear: youth appears to be sitting on chest with low handle, but a turned chair leg is also visible beneath a fold of his garment. Half an arch occupies the centre background between the figures.
