Description
In the centre two winged victories, one with a palm branch, the other with a staff, stand and hold a tondo filled with an inscription. Below the tondo two half-draped putti watch a cock fight, the prizes for which stand on a table in the background. By each victory stands a pillar surmounted by a vase; on each pilllar hangs an upturned quiver. At each end a putto, wearing a cloak and holding a garland of flowers, looks to the centre but moves outwards. A palm branch lies on the ground behind each. The inscription: CLODIA LUPER/ CILIA IN PACE/ BENE DORMITQUE/VICXIT ANNIS XXV111/ M VII DIES VIII MECUM/ ANN VIII M VIII D XV1111/AUR TIMOTHEUS/COIUG B M.
