Content (description)
The cuirassed torso of the statue of an emperor. Part of the left arm survives, with a cloak over the shoulder; the right arm is lost, but was originally raised. The cuirass is decorated with a Medusa head and two heraldic griffins, and with animal heads and floral decoration on the 'flaps' of its skirt.
