Description
Content (description)
On left stands a reed hut with an enormous reed by its side. A dog leaps from its arched doorwary at a boar, which sinks back on its hindquarters. Behind the boar is a tree, over which appears the head of a cow. A lion rearing on its hind legs seems to attack the boar from the right. A second lion moves to right in the background. In the centre a bearded hunter on horseback aims his spear at a tiger, while a hound runs at it from beneath the horse. A second huntsman rides right looking back over his shoulder. On right a hunstman rushes up on foot brandishing his weapon as a lion sinks its teeth into the back of a horse, which has fallen to the ground. There is a second horse in the background.
