Description
Content (description)
The lidded globular urn stands on a low foot. Just below the rim are two bearded masks in relief, between which hang two branches of laurel and a swag of ivy. Birds perch on the laurel and peck the ivy berries. On the lid, almost in the round, two dogs flank a lion head.
