Description
On far left a dog sits at the foot of a tree, looking at a group of three females, two skimpily clad, one draped. A fourth female, half-draped, stands leaning on a pillar, a squat urn on left by her feet. Further right a female sits on rocks with her back to the viewer and looks right, her left hand resting on top of a long-necked vase. A half-draped youth sits on a mound of rocks to right, a boar on the ground by his side, and listens to a youth (Hermes?) on right who points upwards. The three goddesses stand in a row on right. Venus with a billow of drapery over her head and stretching her right hand to a winged putto on left. On right a half-draped female holding a cornucopia reclines in front of a rocky pedestal, on which are piled logs. Two men can be seen behind it, and a boy climbs on to it. Next are two draped females who stand looking to right. A youth leans to right holding a long drape, while a nude female sits far right on draped rocks, resting her hand on a tall urn. A winged putto plays with a dog in the foreground.
