Description
Content (description)
An open vase with simple swelling profile. The lower body is decorated with convex fluting(?), while on the shoulder birds flank a floral 'candelabrum', which rises out of a bowl; a bird perches on top of it. It stands on a low rough rectangular plinth. According to Lanciani (Bcom 1894) this and Bm 9 .64 are 'due boccali aretini'
On the back of the drawing are two very rough sketches, one of a lower leg.
