Description
Content (description)
In a lunette, ornamented with various mouldings, is a heap of arms and armour. In the centre stands an elaborate corselet with two winged horses facing one another on a floral scroll on the chest. Flanking this are shields of various shapes, helmets, spears, bows and quivers etc., all elaborately decorated. Over the lunette in each spandrel a sea-monster moves downwards, following a dolphin.
