Content (description)

A panel decorated in relief with acanthus scroll is shown in two sections. The scroll rises out of a cluster of acanthus leaves at the bottom of the panel.
Between the two panels is the inscription: Sic Romae visuntur intercolumniorum folia, mira dilgentia ex antigrapho antiquo, quod hodie in aedibus Andreae, quondam Card. a V(?)alle, integro marmore conspicitur, /desumpta, quibus, lector, interea tibi frui licebit dum ex eodem promtuario et hiis similia, atque etiam maiora propediem paramus, formis Ant. Lafreri Sequani, Romae MDLXI
