The volume Bn 12 is described in Fa 4 as : 'Speculum Romanae Magnificentiae in loose sheets being points of ye most famous remains of buildings, amphitheatres, temples, columns, triumphal arches, mausoleums and statues in Rome - engraved by Lafrerius, Barlachus, Aen. Vicus and others'
This engraving is almost identical to Bn. 12 no. 2 but reversed, ie the group is the right way around.

Description
The group is shown in its actual state, with brick repairs and vegetation here and there. On the base of the group are the inscriptions OPUS FIDIAE. ......OPUS PRAXITELIS
On the lower edge of the plinth is the following:
HEUS TU QUI PRAETERIS MORARE PAULUM AC INSPICE/ IN QUIRINALI HI SUNT EQUI MARMOREI MUTILI ATQ GRANDES/ART VICTA NATURA PARENS SPIRITUM CUR ERIPIT/ QUID PRAXITELES ET FIDIAS EFFINXERE ISTOS AEMULAMUR/SAT DIXI ABEL VALE SALVE MISCE BIBE DA MI ANT. SALAMANCA
