On a tripod base stands the circular gem or medal. On it is shown a male bust to right with a laurel branch up the left side and the inscription HORA TIUS. On left a half-draped satyr raises a cup over the gem/medal, while in the background a Pan with pipes points to the cup. On right a nymph or Muse with a lyre holds a laurel wreath over the gem/medal.
