Description
On left is an ovoid gem on which are the heads of a man and woman, facing one another. Beneath: EFFIGIES ANTONINI ELAGABALI/ EIUSQUE SECUNDAE UXORIS IULIAE/ AQUILIAE IN OPALA ARTE ELEGANTI/INCISAE.
On right is an ovoid gem, broken on left. On it in the centre a youth wearing a loin cloth steps to left, playing the double pipes. On right a half-draped male reads a scroll while a draped female leans over him. Beneath this gem: CAMAONAE CUM TIBICINE/ CANENTES IN CAMEO ONYCHIS/ VENARUM ET COLORUM/ MIRABILIS.
