Content (description)

The obverse and reverse of the coin are shown, joined together by a bearded satyr mask. One side shows three heads: on right a youth with a wreath to left; on left the overlapping heads of a bearded male with wreath and a female to right. The inscription reads CONCORDIA AUGUSTORUM. On the other side a quadriga moves to left. In it stands a Victory, who bends towards the Emperor on right as he pours a libation (?). There are two figures behind him, one high up with helmet and shield. Two captives sit on the ground by the horses' hind legs. GERM. MAX. CARPICI MAX. In the exergue: III ET II COS
