Description
On rocks on right lies a satyr in a drunken sleep, holding a jug in his left hand. A flask lies on the ground by him. Pan steps with one foot on to the rock and bends over the satyr, dangling a branch over his head. In the centre is a table on a single support, covered with a cloth which is slipping to right. On it is a knife, a flat circular cake or cheese with a slice removed, a goblet, a bee, two potato-like objects and a pyramidal object, which stands on four balls, one at each corner. On left a large goat stands on its hind legs and rests its fore legs on the table as it looks over to the right. In the background are trees festooned with vines.
