Two statues

Description
On left a female, draped and wearing a plumed helmet, sits to right on a throne, her feet on a low footstoll. Her left hand is raised and she holds the handle of some object hidden by the throne (possibly a rudder, and so Fortuna).
On right a draped female stands holding up a fold of her skirt in her right hand, a wreath in her left hand. She looks up to her left.
