Description
Capital: from the acanthus leaves around the bottom of the capital spring winged horses at the corners to support the abacus. In the centre sits a draped Victory holding two trumpets, beneath the echinus which is in the form of a leafy wreath.
Base: of Ephesian type, it is decorated with a variety of mouldings and stands on a square plinth, which is decorated with palmettes and rosettes.
