Content (description)
Pan sits in the centre on rocks at the foot of a tree on left from which hang a bow, quiver, Pan pipe, pedum and crotala. Pan holds a cornucopia and turns right towards a draped female who stands holding a much larger cornucopia. She turns her head to look at Pan. By her side on right stands a nude putto, about to clash crotala. In the background far right is a large bearded herm. Landscape is shown in the background.
