Content (description)

Hercules, nude, stands holding out apples in his left hand, his club in his right. The statue stands on a base made from a round altar, the body of which is decorated with garlands hanging between vertical clubs.
Inscribed lower right: DIANA INCIDEBAT 1581/ CLAUDII DUCHETTI FORMIS. Ioannes Orlandi formis romae 1602.
