Description

Content (description)

An Egyptian male, wearing a close-fitting garment and a skull cap, stands and holds the sides of a trapezoid box on a high pedestal. In this box-shrine is the image of a standing feamle with a lion head. The front of the shrine is covered with hieroglyphics.
Added in Sampson catalogue : 'sekmet' for the standing female.
