Description

Content (description)

A draped female, wearing a diadem, sits in an attitude similar to that of the Tyche of Antioch: her right leg is crossed over her left, her right elbow rests on her leg and she leans her head against her right hand; her left hand is held out in a gesture.
Preliminary pencil sketch of the same statue is visible on the reverse of the drawing.
