Description
Content (description)
Menander, half-draped, sits on left on a stool, holding a mask in front of him. On a table in the centre are two other masks, and an object which is perhaps a stand for a roll. On right stands a Muse holding a roll. In the background is a wall, on top of which stand two vases and three spheres (or oscilla) from beneath which hang garlands. On right is the outline of a temple, but it is not clear.
